Pan-Fried Beef with Green Onion (8) 牛肉青葱煎饺
The first time I tried Uncle Panda was from curiosity. I'm glad I did. Not only do I love the fresh, hot, and flavorful food, but also I have introduced many friends to Uncle Panda. They all like it, too. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great restaurant!

Had soup dumplings,veggie rolls,pan fried dumplings and crispy sweet and spicy chicken ! My dads first soup dumpling and he LOVED it and typically only likes pan fried dumplings... the broth is so flavorful and rich like it should be. These guys know what rheyre doing. Its clean. You can see them making the dumplings fresh they bring stuff out as it comes so its hot and fresh as possible. Ive been writing reciews everywhere and tellinf sveryone but its amazing. 2 can eat for 50$ with sodas and bring home leftovers. Very filling. They do have more american chinese food options for the less traveled people or picky people haha. Something for everyone but the soup dumplings are#1 . Myst mix black vinegar and soy sayce for the best sauce. Wish they had chili garlic oil at table but it was fine without it. No complains honestly. Went at 1100am when they oepned and by 1230 on a monday it was full and to go orders wete going out like crazy . Mad i waited so long to try this! Also sad i didnt get photo of soup dumplings we ate them so fast!

The buns were sooo cute and delicious! ? I would drive up from Tucson just to come here again!
Dan Dan Noodle 担担面
The Dan Dan noodles were incredible! The noodles were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chew, and the sauce was rich, spicy, and full of deep, complex flavors. The savory blend of minced meat, chili oil, and Sichuan peppercorns created a bold, mouth-tingling experience that kept me coming back for more. The balance of heat, umami, and a hint of sweetness was spot on. If you're a fan of bold, spicy flavors, these Dan Dan noodles are a must-try!

First visit. I was impressed with the flavors and the balance of textures. Noodles, dumplings and steamed buns were all together a very satisfying meal. I definitely will return to Uncle Panda's again. Hopefully soon!
